Lecturing at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama

Since October 2012, Ed Puddick has been teaching the “Jazz Arranging” elective at the world-renowned Guildhall School of Music and Drama in the City of London. Ed has been a regular visitor to the school over the past five years; teaching classes and coaching ensembles, but this is the first full elective that he alone will teach. The class is for undergraduate students in their third or fourth years and explores arranging for jazz ensembles of all shapes and sizes. He now has an entry on the GSMD website and is looking forward to many years working with the talented young instrumentalists and singers who attend the school.
